The Drum Social, hosted by Georgian’s Indigenous Resource Centre in partnership with Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin, it is a social celebration of traditional Indigenous language, culture, song and dance.
Join us at the Barrie Campus gymnasium (J building) to celebrate this event. The drum social is a welcoming space for all to gather, learn, experience and connect as a community. Everyone is encouraged to take part – join in the dances, feel the beat of the drum, explore vendors and engage in shared learning and active participation.
