Welcome to our classroom! The Georgian Dining Room is a state-of-the-art facility where students practice and perfect their food preparation and food service skills. Treat your palate to mouth-watering flavours and textures while enjoying quality service. E100 at the Barrie Campus.
For the winter 2026 semester from February 3 to April 15, The Georgian Dining Room will be open every other Tuesday, and every Wednesday, for one seating at noon. Unfortunately, no dinner services are available during the winter semester.

Stop by Bun of the Run to get a delicious lunch at an affordable price! Enjoy a soup, salad, sandwich, or entrée. All meals are freshly prepared and ready to go. We accept debit, credit, cash and ONEcard payments.
For the winter 2026 semester (February 10 – April 15), Bun on the Run will be providing take-out lunch service every other Tuesday from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. (or until we sell out!!) Find us in E109 at the Barrie Campus!

A tour of tastes and flavours…
Come along as we explore Regions around the World one bite at a time! Our seven-dish travelling tasting menu [Marche style stations] celebrates the region’s authentic flavours and traditions, all conceived and prepared by our dedicated third-semester Culinary Management students at Georgian College in the Georgian Dining Room, Barrie campus.
The Culinary students will be preparing and serving a series of 6 gastronomic evenings with a regional theme.
Book now as tickets are limited for these popular events. We require that you purchase your tickets in advance.
Tickets are $20.00 per person, per event (plus applicable tax, gratuities are not included).
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Service concludes at 7:30 pm.
