Economic impact reports

Georgian alumni add $1.4 billion to regional economy

Thousands of alumni are employed in the Georgian catchment area. As a result of their education, they receive higher earnings and increase the productivity of the businesses that employ them.

According to a recent economic impact study by Economic Modeling Specialists International (EMSI), in fiscal year 2019-20, Georgian alumni generated $1.4 billion in added income for the regional economy, which is equivalent to supporting 19,262 jobs.
