Course description

Students examine bio-psycho-social factors that contribute to mental health and well-being across the lifespan. Using an interprofessional lens, students explore elements of holistic practices used in mental health care. Through examining personal bias and national and local policy directives, students develop an understanding of how equitable, inclusive, empowered and evidence-based mental health care services are provided.
