Course description
In this course, students review various government and employer sponsored pension and benefit plans, as well as current related public and legislative issues. Major areas for discussion include public and private health care plans, income replacement provisions, survivor benefits and pension arrangements. Techniques for benefit plan management are discussed with respect to plan design, communication, costing and administration
